Yoast is the industry-standard SEO plugin for WordPress, and getting it properly configured makes a real difference to how Google reads your site. Many designers either skip this or charge it as an add-on. It’s included.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) connected

So you can see how many people are visiting your site, which pages they’re reading, and where they’re coming from. Essential information – and often an afterthought with other designers.

Google Search Console set up

This is how Google tells you about your site – whether it’s being indexed properly, whether there are any issues, and which search terms people are using to find you. Again, frequently an add-on elsewhere. Included here.

Security, firewall and malware protection

Your site is protected from day one, with anti-virus software and a firewall in place so you’re not left vulnerable.

Double backups

Your website is backed up in two separate locations, so if anything ever goes wrong, nothing is lost.

Content and image support

Stuck on what to write? I can help with copy and source images based on your brief, so you’re not left staring at a blank screen.

Personalised how-to videos

Once your site is live, I’ll record short, easy-to-follow screen videos showing you exactly how to make common updates yourself – changing text, adding images, updating your services. No more waiting on a designer every time you want to tweak something. Your site, your control.

Affordable Packages with Payment Plans

Life coach websites start from just £350 for a single-page site, with five-page sites from £650. For larger sites, additional pages, or a blog, I’m happy to provide a bespoke quote.

I know that cashflow can be tight when you’re building a new business, so payment plans are available – spread the cost over three monthly instalments.

FAQ

How long does it take to build a life coach website?

It depends almost entirely on how prepared you are! When a client comes to me with everything ready – content written, images sorted, clear idea of what they want – I’ve been known to turn a website around in as little as two weeks. The more organised you are, the faster we can move. If content is still being written or decisions are still being made along the way, the process naturally takes longer. That’s why I send a checklist of everything you’ll need before we start – so nothing holds us back once we get going.

Do I need to provide my own content and images?

Not necessarily – I can help with both. If you’re stuck on what to write I can help you brainstorm your niche, think through how to attract your ideal client, and shape your copy in a way that works for SEO as well as sounding like you. I can also source images based on your brief. The more you can share about yourself, your story and your coaching style, the more personal and authentic your website will feel.

Will my website work on mobile phones and tablets?

Yes, absolutely. Every website I build is fully responsive, which means it automatically adapts to look great on any device – desktop, tablet or mobile. This is essential, as most people will visit your site on their phone.

Do I need any technical knowledge to manage my website after it’s built?

No – and that’s something I feel strongly about. Once your site is live I’ll record personalised how-to videos showing you exactly how to make simple updates yourself, so you’re never dependent on a designer for small changes. If you need anything more complex doing, I’m always here to help.

What happens if something goes wrong with my website after launch?

I offer monthly website maintenance packages starting from £40 per month, covering security updates, plugin updates and backups. If you’re on a maintenance package I’m your first port of call for anything that goes wrong. If you’re not on a package, I’m still happy to help – just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

Do I need to sort out my own hosting and domain name?

Yes – I recommend keeping hosting and domain ownership in your own name so you always have full control of your website. I’ll guide you through the whole process and recommend the best options for your budget. I always recommend SiteGround for newly qualified coaches as they offer excellent value and support, especially in that first year.

Can I add more pages to my website later?

Absolutely – your website can grow as your business does. Starting with five pages is a solid foundation, and adding a blog, new services pages, or additional content later is very straightforward.

I’m not based in the UK – can you still build my website?

Yes! Although I’m based in Hertfordshire, I work with life coaches across Europe and beyond. Everything is done remotely so location is no barrier at all.

How do I prepare for a website build?

Once you book, I’ll send you my Website Planning Worksheet to work through before we start. It covers everything from your goals and core pages to branding, tech setup and legal requirements – so you arrive at our first call with a clear picture of what you need. It makes the whole process smoother and means your website truly reflects your business from day one.

What do I need to have in place before we start?

Ideally you’ll have your coaching niche, brand colours, and a rough idea of your packages sorted before we build your website – it makes the whole process smoother and means your site will really reflect your business from day one.
