Since using Caroline my business has taken a massive upswing. She has streamlined my processes, upped my profile and looked into every nook and cranny of my business and upgraded it and made it super relevant.
I have used a VA for many years but Caroline has more than surpassed her role as a personal assistant – she is a mind reader. forward planner, obstacle clearer and adds clarity and professionalism in ways I had not foreseen.
My business could not run as efficiently without her. She has saved time and money and increased profits too. What more could a busy business person want?

Caroline came highly recommended as a trusted VA and I trust her with my confidential information like I trust no other.
She manages my complicated diary – remembering who my clients are, their needs and schedules; communicates with my clients – many of whom are of a nervous disposition; checks that I haven’t missed billing anyone – with dyscalculia and my crazy schedule Caroline has corrected mistakes and omissions that would have cost me a small fortune; she now manages my trainings with all the added contracts and invoices and her experience and grounded factual attitude keeps me feelings safe and heard.
I’ve found Caroline to be resourceful, empathetic and caring – she’s really got my back, enabling me to safely do what I love and earn more money without it costing my life!

I started working with Caroline in summer 2020, and she came highly recommended! I was at that time working with another additional VA, and Caroline has since taken over his workload too.
She manages my social media, creates and schedules posts, and I really appreciate her great skills in keeping the branding consistent, and creating fabulous post design. I have had great client feedback concerning my posts since I started with Caroline.
She also writes to my list for event promotions, schedules marketing emails, and sets up and schedules events on different platforms. She quickly mastered a complex workflow of updating my online events including scheduling broadcasts, and works effectively, and really fast. It’s a huge relief to have expert help like Caroline, and I know I can rely on her. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I’m a small business owner focused on Salesforce Consulting. One of the things that was holding us back from meeting our revenue goals was the administrative tasks of billing, scheduling meetings and such. I seemed to be working night and day juggling my clients needs with the admin side of things.
One of my colleagues got tired of my complaining and recommended that I outsource some of these tasks. She recommended Caroline and we had a Zoom call and instantly clicked. I am so pleased and relieved now that I have Caroline by my side.
In addition to the administrative tasks I quickly learned that Caroline is also a gifted writer. I needed a website refresh but that also meant more time writing copy and figuring out how to market myself. Caroline worked closely with my website designer and was able to update all of my content. She was instrumental in launching our new website and brand.

I’ve been working with Caroline for over a year now. I first used her services for VA work, which I’d highly recommend for her attentiveness, organisation and work rate.
More recently, she’s been helping me with the design side of things. For example creating the visuals for some of my social media posts. Because her approach is highly collaborative I’ve really enjoyed the process. I always get excited to see her ideas and then work together as the creative designs emerge.
It’s truly a pleasure working with Caroline and I’m grateful for her thoughtfulness and patience as well as her breadth of skills.

I can’t recommend Caroline enough! I have worked with her for well over a year now and she is a fantastic VA.
Her knowledge of all things tech and her creative skills come together as an amazing combination and I feel safe in her hands as I know she will always get things done quickly and to a fantastic professional standard.
When we talk about new lead magnets and PDF workbooks, it seems only a few minutes before they come back beautifully designed!
On top of that she is an all round lovely person too! Her packages are great value, so do check them out!

Caroline is indeed a SuperVA – she always responds to my many random requests so promptly, calmly and efficiently.
Not only is she tech-savvy but she’s creative too, putting together some great images for my newsletters, website and social media.
She knows how to make things look professional and polished.

I’ve been working with Caroline for around three years now on various projects, including general admin tasks, sourcing event venues, collating information, design projects, landing page setup and lead magnet creation.
She is truly amazing. Efficient, good communicator, knowledgeable and creative with a good eye for detail. There is nothing I’ve asked her to do that she’s struggled with, and I hope to have her as my VA for many years to come. I can’t recommend Caroline highly enough.

I was really struggling with the admin side of my business, I felt overwhelmed and on the verge of giving up. “I had bitten off more than I could chew”.
I reached out to Caroline who was recommended to me. I am so glad I did, from the initial call I had with Caroline, I felt like all my techy admin worries were taken from me. I knew my new business was in safe, capable hands.
Caroline went above and beyond, my logo, my Wix website everything was designed by her, she even helped me with the smaller details such as my branding colours. She has an eye for detail and vast expertise. Her creativity and passion shone.
Caroline sent me daily updates and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. She made the whole process blissful and easy. She was so efficient.
I couldn’t recommend Caroline more. Allow her to take the stress away, so you can concentrate on other parts of your business.

Setting up a new business was a daunting prospect for me as this is something I had never done before. However, thanks to Caroline, she has helped me with a lot of the admin tasks which in turn meant I had more time to focus on getting clients.
She has provided so much support, guidance and information. She is very reasonably priced for the amount of support she offers. She responds quickly to requests for help to let me know she is working on it and actions them very promptly. She has helped me put together a client questionnaIre and sent me a client T&C template as well as set up a logo template for my social media account, and helped me to create posts for my social media.
She has even offered to teach me how to use Canva so I can manage my posts for social media going forward. I honestly would be lost without Caroline’s help, I cannot thank her enough!

I can’t imagine getting my coaching business off the ground without Caroline.
She is efficient, timely, organised and is supportive and willing to share her experience. I was amazed that she can help you with anything you need for your business, her skill set has no limits.
My time is limited, but it was important for me to create good quality content and her creativity came through with website copy and edits, presentations, business cards and various templates.
I will continue using Caroline’s services and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I recommend Caroline and her VA services without hesitation. She regularly went above and beyond when I needed help with some very last minute presentation requests.
Caroline worked with my notes and stream of consciousness direction and pulled together end products that were error free and truly professional. I appreciated her ability to manage the projects long distance (I’m in the US). Most recently Caroline developed a template for me to use that helped me land a new job.
I certainly hope to have the chance to use her services again

Caroline was part of my associate team between 2014 and 2017 and she was a very valued and trusted asset to my online marketing business.
She works directly with clients with various tasks including beautifying and compiling often complex PowerPoint slides and Word documents. She’s a very fast and accurate audio typist, confident with WordPress website amending/creating pages as well as online marketing support creating email newsletters with Constant Contact and managing Facebook pages and groups.
All her work is of a high quality standard and she always makes efficient use of time. The great thing about Caroline is she is prepared to take on and learn about any new tech tools and procedures. Caroline has established a great rapport with clients and her great communications skills means she understands the client’s business needs which allows her to always be on top of deadlines and making sure clients look professional to their outside world, which is great for my business. I can highly recommend Caroline to anyone needing virtual support in their business.

I have worked with Caroline for many years, with her performing a secretarial role for me and my teams, in a number of different departments. I actively sought Caroline out to have her work for our team, as she is excellent at what she does. She has undertaken general secretarial duties very efficiently and also supported us with:
- Presentation development (in PowerPoint)
- Letter writing and editing (in Word)
- Proposal creation and editing (in Word)
- Diary and calendar management
- Creation of web pages using WordPress
- Social networking – maintaining/updating Facebook pages
I would have no hesitation in recommending Caroline’s work and her attitude to deadlines and co-operation. She is an asset to any team or project.

It was a pleasure working with Caroline. She completely understood what I wanted and worked efficiently and creatively.
The slides and worksheets she produced for my Storytelling for Business workshop looked great and were consistent with the look and feel of my branding.
She was very patient about all my tweaks and changes and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be using Caroline again in the future.

Working with Caroline Mathews of My Super VA to develop a flip page e-magazine has been a very positive experience.
Caroline listens, answers quickly, implements, corrects with great attention to detail and in a very timely manner.
This resulted in a highly professional and internationally acclaimed publication with a beautiful lay-out.
I cannot recommend her enough.
