SEO Setup

Get Found on Google Without the Overwhelm

You’ve got a website. But is anyone actually finding it?

Having a well-designed website is only half the job. If Google can’t read it properly, or if the right keywords aren’t in the right places, your ideal clients are searching for exactly what you offer – and finding someone else instead.

That’s where an SEO setup comes in. And no, it doesn’t have to be complicated.

What Is an SEO Setup – and Do You Need One?

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation. In plain English, it’s the process of making sure Google understands what your website is about, who it’s for, and why it should show your site to people who are searching for your services.

A one-off SEO setup is ideal if:

  • Your website is live but you’re not getting much organic traffic
  • You’re not sure whether your site is set up correctly for Google
  • You built your site yourself and SEO felt too technical to tackle
  • You had a website built and SEO wasn’t included or was only partially done
  • You want a clear content direction so you know what to blog about going forward

You don’t need an ongoing monthly retainer to make a real difference. Getting the foundations right – once, properly – can have a significant impact. One client saw measurable improvements in their traffic within four weeks of their SEO setup.

What’s Included

Every SEO setup includes:

Focus keyphrase selection for each page – the right words your ideal clients are actually searching for

SEO titles and meta descriptions written for you – the text that appears in Google search results

On-page optimisation – using Yoast SEO for WordPress sites, and manual optimisation for Squarespace sites

Keyword research using Google autocomplete and search tools – based on real searches, not guesswork

Keyword-to-page mapping – so every page on your site has a clear SEO purpose

Content suggestions – a starting point for blog topics based on what your audience is searching for

Optional add-on: Google Search Console setup – £35 (for sites I didn’t build, where this isn’t already in place). This includes adding and verifying all four URL variants, submitting your sitemap, and confirming your preferred domain so Google knows exactly which version of your site to index. Please note that backend access to your WordPress or Squarespace site will be needed to complete the setup – I’ll let you know exactly what’s required when we get started.
