First impressions online happen fast. If someone lands on a page that looks thrown together, they notice, and they’ll often click away before they’ve found out anything about you or how you can help. This is built on the same premium framework I use for every website I design, so even at this price, it looks modern, considered and professional, not something rushed together over a weekend. It’s often the very first thing a potential client sees of your business, so it’s worth it looking like you’ve got things together from the start.

Who It’s For

This is for newly qualified coaches keeping costs down while they get started, or anyone who genuinely doesn’t need more than the basics, a clear place for people to find out who you are, what you offer, and how to get in touch.

What’s Included

A one page website covering a hero banner, a short section about you, your coaching packages, testimonials, and a way to book a call or get in touch. 

As with all of the websites I build it also comes with:

YOOtheme Pro, the premium website builder I use for all my sites, included at no extra cost.

Wordfence security, so your site is protected from the start.

Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console, set up and connected.

Yoast SEO, installed and configured.

A free business email address, which I’ll create for you once your domain and hosting are set up.*

Standard legal pages: privacy policy, cookie banner and terms and conditions

Once Your Site Is Live

You’re not left to figure things out on your own once the build is finished.

  • A short how-to video showing you how to edit your own text and swap photos.
  • A video walking you through setting up automatic backups with UpdraftPlus using your own cloud storage.

What I’ll Need From You

  • Your two brand colours (I’ll bring in a complementary muted tone to round out the palette)
  • Your logo, if you have one, as a transparent PNG in your brand colour, plus a white version for the header. If you don’t have a logo that’s fine, it is not a necessity at this point
  • A headline and a short paragraph about you and your coaching, there’s a simple length limit to keep the page looking clean, I’ll confirm the exact wording limit when we get started
  • Details of your coaching packages, one, two or three is fine
  • Any testimonials you’d like included
  • Links to any social media you’d like in the footer
  • Photos sized correctly (dimensions provided when we start)
  • Your domain and hosting set up*
  • A booking link, set up through whichever booking software you prefer. If you only need one link, Calendly is free and works well. If you want more than one, say a free call link and a paid session link, Tidycal is a better fit, a one-off cost of $29 rather than an ongoing subscription

* I recommend SiteGround for hosting, as it comes with a free business email address included (plus a free domain name if you haven’t already purchased one and a very generous first year hosting price.). If you’ve already got hosting and a domain elsewhere, I can still set your email address up for you, that’s usually straightforward, but there may be an extra cost if your provider charges for email hosting.

What This Isn’t

This is the template exactly as it stands, nothing extra gets added other than your branding colours, though your packages section can be trimmed to one or two if that suits you better. I also offer bespoke websites, you can find out more about them here.

Thinking Bigger Later On

If you outgrow it and want a fuller website down the line, the £149 you’ve paid comes straight off the price of a full custom build, currently £650 for a 5 page website.

Turnaround

Your site will be ready within 3 weeks of me receiving everything I need from you, logo, colours, copy and photos. The clock starts once your information lands with me, not on the day you purchase.
